Our Story
From aprentice to Industry Leader
Fifteen years ago, I picked up a brush beside my uncle a master painter who didn’t just teach me how to paint, but how to lead with integrity, choose the right tools, and respect every surface we touched. Under his guidance, I rose from apprentice to project lead and when he moved on to new ventures, I stepped up. Clients noticed. Managers called, and with my uncle’s full blessing, I launched Z Resurfacing in 2015.
In 2022, I officially incorporated as Zuniga RPR Inc. (Resurfacing Pros & Remodeling) expanding our team, our reach, and our capabilities across cities and states. The pandemic? It didn’t slow us down it pushed us to evolve. We partnered with developers, took on full property builds, and expanded into specialty paints, commercial design, and high-performance epoxy flooring turning challenges into new chapters of growth.
Today, we serve property managers, commercial spaces, and industrial facilities with the same hands-on excellence I learned 15 years ago now amplified by a skilled, growing team.
Who is behind it all? My kids.
They’re my “why.” The reason I build. The reason I grow. The reason I leave a legacy as strong as the floors we finish.
